Cuyahoga Falls music educator named Teacher of the Year in State Board District 7

Jennifer Culver, a music teacher at Cuyahoga Falls High School, is the 2017 Teacher of the Year for State Board of Education District 7, according to an announcement made by State Superintendent of Public Instruction Paolo DeMaria.

United Disability Services partners to create 'Club Teamwork' at SMFHS

The National Inclusion Project has partnered with United Disability Services (UDS) to create a new inclusive program this fall at Stow-Munroe Falls High School where students with and without disabilities will be able to participate together in non-competitive sports and other activities.

SMFHS Bulldog Marching Band to host show on Sept. 17

The 2016 Stow-Munroe Falls Band Show will take place Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. on Marhofer Field in the Bulldog Stadium at Stow-Munroe Falls High School.Tickets are $7 adults, $5 students/seniors and free for children 4 and under. Reserved seating (with seat backs) is available for $10.

Fundraiser for Lakeview PTA is Sept. 10 in Stow

There will be a fundraiser to help support Lakeview PTA Sept. 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The rain or shine event, "Stow Food Truck and Music Festival," is presented by the Lakeview PTA. It will be on school grounds at 819 Graham Road, Stow. Extra parking will be available at city hall.
