I agree with Cheryl to be respectable of others on this forum as you would like to be respected.

To the alias "Truthteller" (or whatevs), I know the process of complaining about violations of the Stow City Ordinances. My point is that, by the volume of posts by this particular elder of our community, it makes her feel good to vent in this forum and you don't have to be so dang mean about what she writes. I wonder if you'd be so verbally abusive to this poor little lady (I've seen your various nasty remarks re: her other comments) if you used your real name?

Speaker,

I agree , it's not the cops fault, As soon as one of these wannabe rap stars sees the black and white he changes the channel to NPR.

Still , what can joe "rock and roll" six pack do?? The blasting music at the stoplights makes me wanna get out and bust a windshield. Would that be more rude?? I know it would be upfront.

Cheryl,

You appear to be as clueless as Marilyn. Interesting how people like Marilyn (and probably you) constantly complain, but when they're asked what they've done about it -- SILENCE! NOT A WORD!!

Complaining about the police when you haven't bothered to address it with them makes you look foolish (or more foolish). As much as I hate people blasting their music as well, it nothing new. It happens. Unfortunately people are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to this.

But the police actually have to witness this happening for them to cite someone. Just like any other crime. And that IS the truth. So, how about educating yourself about basic law or legal procedure.

Marilyn, as a fellow major-highway-dweller - I too think the bass emanating from cars and vibrating my windows and my eardrums is annoying and rude on the part of those who do it. Furthermore, if you want to complain to the police or on this forum or both - God bless ya. The "Speaker of Truth" sounds more like a "Speaker of hatred and bitterness" or "Spewer of venom and vile" - take your pick!

So Marilyn, have you bothered calling the police (NON-EMERGENCY 9-1-1 because I can see someone like you improperly calling 9-1-1).

If so, did they tell you they can only cite someone CAUGHT IN THE ACT?

If you haven't called, then it is is MY OPINION that you should call them instead of complaining on here.
