Women's roundtable
set for May 22

Women's health and fitness issues will be the focus of the next Stow-Munroe Falls Chamber of Commerce "Roundtable Breakfast," set for May 22 at LifeCenter Plus Health and Fitness Center in Stow.

"Women's Fitness Health for Every Age" will feature three fitness specialists.

The morning will kick off with a continental breakfast in LifeCenter's Gecko Cafe, followed by presentations regarding health and fitness needs throughout women's various life stages.

Following breakfast, certified fitness associate Vicki Munnings will discuss prenatal and post-partum fitness. Skeletal health, osteoporosis prevention and menopausal fitness will be addressed by Certified Personal Trainer Ruth Miller. Suzie Martin, certified group exercise and Pilates instructor, will cover the benefits of Pilates.

All discussions will include interactive demonstrations, although no heavy exercising will be involved. The program also will include question and answer sessions. Attendees will be given a complimentary TheraBand, a stretch band for strengthening exercises.

"Women's Fitness Health for Every Age" is open to the public. Reservations are required by May 16, and the charge is $5. For more information or to make a reservation, call 330-688-1579.

Business to host
open house

AtNetPlus, at 1000 Campus Drive, Suite 700, in Stow will host an open house event May 22 from 5 to 7 p.m.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place with Stow Mayor Karen Fritschel at 5:15 p.m.

Tours of the company's new building and data center, demonstrations, giveaways, door prizes, product displays and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
