"Heart of Ohio Chorus Guest Night" was a success again, with several ladies from surrounding communities attending practice the night of Feb. 22. Heart of Ohio sings A Cappella Four Part Harmony (Barbershop style) and invites all interested women singers to attend rehearsals at 7:30 p.m. Monday nights at Twin Falls United Methodist Church in Munroe Falls. Master Director David Wallace led the rehearsal, and the attendees all quickly learned a rousing arrangement of "When the Saints Go Marching In." The members and guests also rehearsed "Memories Only Now," a ballad that will be used in competition. Heart of Ohio is a member of Region 17, Sweet Adelines International Inc. The Region 17 competition takes place May 8 at the Renaissance Hotel in Cleveland and the public is welcome to attend.
