Horrigan endorses at-large Council candidate
Summit County Clerk of Courts Dan Horrigan has endorsed Mike Rasor for Stow City Council at-large.
Rasor is a law student and a journalist. He is seeking one of the three at-large seats on the Nov. 3 ballot.
