Baptist Church

Sunday School takes place at 9:45 a.m. for all ages, with worship at 11 a.m. Sunday evening worship is at 6 p.m.

Adult Bible study takes place at the church Wednesdays at 7 p.m., as does a youth group meeting and TeamKid for first- through sixth-graders.

Church of Stow

First Christian Church of Stow's Sunday services include worship in the chapel at 8:30 a.m., Christian Education classes for all ages from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and worship in the sanctuary at 10:45 a.m. Youth groups for sixth- through 12th-graders meet each Sunday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Nursery care is provided during all services.

Kindergartners through fifth-graders begin worship in the sanctuary and then attend their own "Junior Church" after the Children's Sermon time. Communion is shared each week during both worship services.

Fishcreek Nazarene Worship Center

The church's Sunday worship times are: Fishcreek School of the Bible at 9:30 a.m.; and Sunday morning worship at 10:45 a.m.

Grace Bible Church

Grace Bible Church, located at 2474 Graham Road in Stow, just east of Charring Cross, begins its summer schedule with worship gathering on Sunday mornings from 10 to 11:15 a.m.. Nursery and early children's classes are available. Pastor Jim Brown is continuing a series on "The Church" 101.

Mission Baptist Temple

Mission Baptist Temple hosts a preaching service, a Master's Club, a club for children in grades 1-6 and a youth meeting for students in grades 7-12 Wednesdays at 7 p.m.

Lutheran Church

New worship hours for the summer are 8:30 and 10 a.m., with the Rev. Arthur Cubbon Jr. officiating.

Men in Mission and Companions will meet Saturday mornings at 8 a.m.

Prayer Meetings take place every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.

Bridge Ministry also meets every Wednesday at Perkins Park to feed the homeless.

Stow Alliance Fellowship is currently studying the congregation's favorite Psalms. Stow United Methodist Church

A summer study on the book, "Who Stole My Church?" is taking place every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. This week's discussion is on chapters 1-3.

A Disciple One Class will start in September on Monday nights from 7-9 p.m. Call the church if interested. This course is 34 weeks long and covers Creation through New Jerusalem.

Jerry Lucas, the celebrated basketball player and speaker, will be at the church on Aug. 9 and 10 to present his "Weekend to Remember." He will speak during the worship service on "Improving Family Relationships." On Aug. 9 at 7 p.m. his theme will be "Learning Made Fun and Easy." On Aug. 10 at 7 p.m. his topic will be "Names and Faces Made Easy." Everyone is invited.

There will be one blended service at the United Methodist Church in Stow at 9:30 a.m. There will be no Sunday School until the fall, but there will be Kids' Church during the service.
