KATHLEEN A. BRAZELTON

Former resident

Kathleen A. Brazelton, 87, died June 2, 2009.

Born Sept. 21, 1921, in Charleston, W.V., she was a resident of Stow for 30 years before moving to Shellpoint Retirement Village in Fort Myers, Fla. in 1992. She attended The Village Church in Fort Myers and was a member of Northampton Bible Church. Mrs. Brazelton spent her time actively volunteering at Shellpoint Village.

Preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Thompson, second husband Lester Brazelton and parents and siblings, she is survived by daughters Gloria (William) Rodgers of Stow and Jennifer (Robert) Foye of Key Largo, Fla.; grandchildren Jennifer Semler, Rachel (Christopher) Clegg, Jill (Marc) Franco and Shane (Victoria) Rodgers; and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation was at Redmon Funeral Home. Pastor John Hopson conducted services at Northampton Bible Church in Cuyahoga Falls. Interment was at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
