Senior citizen
resource center open

The Stow Senior Citizen Commission's center provides informational and support services for senior citizens in the Stow community.

All seniors are welcome to visit the center, in the Stow-Kent Shopping Center at 4301 Kent Road, across from Macy's and next to Big Lots, during the cent's open hours Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 3 p.m.

The Stow Senior Citizen Commission center can be reached by calling 330-686-1325.

Speaker series
continues

The city of Stow Senior Citizen Commission is again hosting a speaker series for senior citizens, family and friends.

These programs are designed to help seniors learn important information affecting senior citizens.

The programs, all of which begin at 1 p.m., are free, and registration is not required.

A program is planned for May 15 to discuss senior scams and identity theft.

Classes take place in the Stow Senior Resource Center. For additional information, call 330-688-5484.
