Once a month in 2008, the Stow Parks and Recreation Department's administrative office is offering extended hours, allowing residents to register for programs after work.

The parks and recreation office is open on the first Thursday of each month, excluding July, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Normal business hours at the office, at 5070 Stow Road, are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Stow Parks and Recreation with the cooperation of the Stow-Munroe Falls School System provides an opportunity for residents to learn new skills, develop new hobbies and upgrade their current educational level.

Pre-registration is necessary for all classes in the program.
