Stow -- Police arrested a 26-year-old Osage Street man and a 28-year-old Cuyahoga Falls man and charged them with several offenses after a Kent Road eatery employee told police they left the restaurant without paying for food they were served May 1 at 11 a.m. According to the report, the employee observed the license plate on the vehicle in which the men fled. Using that information, police located the men in the vehicle on Kent Road, near a department store, at 11:15 a.m. According to the report, both men were charged with theft and possession of an open container of alcohol after police found alcohol in the vehicle. Police charged the driver -- the Osage Street man -- with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to pass a breathalyzer test. The men are scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court. Domestic violence May 4. Woman accused of harming husband, herself: Police arrested a 42-year-old Stow woman and charged her with domestic violence following an incident in her home at 10:15 p.m. The woman's husband told police she scratched him. Police observed scratch marks on the man, who was not hospitalized for his injuries, according to the report. Police reported officers also observed lacerations on the woman's arms which according to police were self-inflicted. The woman is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court. Theft May 2. Items taken from vehicle: A Michigan man told police someone entered his vehicle while it was parked in a Bridgewater Parkway hotel parking lot during the night and stole several items. According to the report, someone broke the driver-side door lock on the vehicle and stole a tool box containing numerous tools. The value of the tool box and tools was not reported. The estimated damage to the door was $300, according to the report. May 1. Copper tubing stolen from apartment complex: A Bridgewater Parkway apartment complex employee told police someone forced entry into the complex's locked maintenance garage. The employee reported that $600 worth of copper tubing was stolen sometime between April 24 and May 1. Possession of

Males accused of possessing suspected drug paraphernalia: Police arrested two 19-year-old Stow males and charged them with several offenses after a neighbor told police she saw them smoking and drinking a possible alcoholic beverage on the street at 6:43 p.m. According to the report, officers found both males to be drinking alcohol, with one male possessing suspected marijuana and the other male possessing suspected drug paraphernalia. The first male was charged with prohibitions and possession of marijuana, and the second male was charged with prohibitions and possession of drug paraphernalia. They are scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court. Disorderly conduct May 6. Customer accused of causing disturbance at business: Police arrested a 53-year-old Graham Road man and charged him with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing following an incident at a Kent Road business at 7:16 p.m. Two business employees told police the man used "abusive language" toward them. The man is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court. Vandalism May 4. Vehicle damaged during the night: A Hudson Drive man told police someone vandalized his vehicle while it was parked in front of a friend's Verner Road home sometime during the night. Police reported dents were made to the fenders and doors, and the front driver-side window was smashed. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle, but the total estimated damage was $1,000. Burglary May 6. Residence's door forced open: A Fox Burrow Drive man told police someone forced open the rear door to his home sometime during the night.
