Munroe Falls -- Police arrested a 48-year-old Munroe Falls man April 14 and charged him with domestic violence following an incident in his home. A woman told police the man struck a 17 year-old family member April 12 at approximately 10 p.m., according to the report. Police reported officers observed marks and bruises on the teen's head and face during the investigation, which was completed April 14. The woman obtained a temporary protection order against the man following the incident. The man is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court. Theft April 16. Equipment stolen from pickup truck: A Munroe Falls man told police a tool used for digging holes for fence posts was stolen from his truck while it was parked in front of his apartment complex between 9 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. The tool was valued at $800, according to the report.
