The Church
of New Hope

Special evening -- The Church of New Hope will host an evening of singing hymns April 13 starting at 6 p.m. The Rev. Phil Anderson from Bethel Assembly in Tallmadge will be on hand to share a short message.

New class -- A yearlong class, "Overview of the Bible," is offered Sundays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. All are invited to join in this review of the Bible, with the first unit covering Genesis through Deuteronomy.

United Church of Christ

Worship times -- The Stow Community United Church of Christ hosts church services at 10:30 a.m. Children's Sunday school begins after the children's sermon. Nursery care is available for children 4 and under. The chancel choir will sing under the direction of Jerry Busby.

The Adult Sunday School class meets before worship from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.

The class is studying the Gospel of John, and meets in the parlor. The Friendship Group is studying Max Lucado's "In the Grip of Grace." The group meets on the lower level.

New building addition -- The church invites all to a dedication of its new building addition April 27. The church will host a community open house and ministry fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Information booths, guided building tours and refreshments will be available.
