Stow - Police arrested a 25-year-old Stow man March 13 and charged him with domestic violence after a 25-year-old woman with whom he lives said he assaulted her. The woman told police the man assaulted her multiple times between March 2 and 11 and has threatened her life. Following an investigation by police, the man was taken into custody. The woman was not injured March 13, according to the report. The man is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court. Assault March 17. Male accused of assault: Police arrested a 17-year-old Stow male and charged him with assault and aggravated burglary following an incident at a 13-year-old Stow male's home March 17 at 2 p.m. According to the report, a number of witnesses saw the 17-year-old enter the 13-year-old's enclosed porch without permission, push him to the ground and kick him. It was not reported whether one of the witnesses reported the incident. Police found the 17-year-old in his home shortly after the incident was reported. The relationship of the males and the cause of the assault were not reported. The 13-year-old was treated for a broken nose and a cut to his left eye, according to the report. The 17-year-old is scheduled to appear in Summit County Juvenile Court. Criminal mischief March 16. Object thrown at moving vehicle: A Cuyahoga Falls man told police someone in a moving black Ford Explorer threw something at his windshield and broke it while he was driving eastbound on Seasons Road at 6 p.m. The man told police he tried to catch up with the vehicle, but he lost sight of it on Allen Road. The estimated damage to the windshield was $200, according to the report. March 12. Vehicle damaged during night: An Echo Valley Drive woman told police someone sprayed silly string and other unknown substances on her vehicle while it was parked in her driveway sometime during the night. No damage to the vehicle was reported. Theft of a motor vehicle March 15. Vehicle taken from residence: A Gangl Road man told police someone stole his $33,000 2003 Silver Ford Mustang while it was parked in front of his home between March 14 at 3:30 p.m. and March 15 at 1 a.m. It was not reported whether the vehicle was locked. Police are investigating. Theft March 17. Tires, rims taken from vehicle: A Norton Road man told police someone stole the tires and rims from his vehicle while it was parked in front of his home during the night. According to the report, the total value of the items was $2,520. March 13. Auto part stolen from business: A Hampshire Road business employee told police someone stole an $807 emission converter from one of the company's trucks sometime between Jan. 18 and March 13. Criminal damaging March 18. Window shot with pellet gun: A Mac Drive woman told police someone shot her patio's glass door at 6:15 p.m. According to the report, the woman was inside her home when she heard the glass shatter. The estimated damage to the door was $500, according to the report. Misuse of a credit card March 18. Man reports purchases made without his permission: A Snowshoe Circle man told police someone used his credit card without his permission to make $1,326.74 worth of purchases in the Indianapolis area sometime between March 5 and 7.
