Newly-licensed Realtor joins Stow office
Newly-licensed Realtor Erica Smith has joined Stouffer Realty Inc.
Smith is located in the Stow office. She most recently worked as business manager for Steve Smith Painting and Papering Inc. and for All in One Homes LLC. Smith is an active member of the Akron Area Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Centralized Real Estate Information Service.
Investors group
meets April 1
The American Association of Individual Investors will meet April 1 at the Akron Public Library, Main Branch on High Street at 6:30 p.m.
No membership is required.
Alex Menassa will be the guest speaker. Menassa is a financial planner with Szarka Financial Management, a premier comprehensive financial planning firm in Northeast Ohio.
He has a law degree, is a CPA, has a master's degree in taxation and is a frequent speaker for business, community and investment groups throughout the region.
The presentation topic will be "Common Mistakes in Retirement Planning and IRA Planning."
