STOW -- A Pebblehurst Drive man was killed in a one-car crash after police said he drove off Stow Road and crashed into a tree June 27.

According to an accident report, 60-year-old Robert T. Berzonsky's 2011 Chevrolet Cruze flipped onto its roof after hitting a tree near Silver Springs Lodge in Silver Springs Park at 8:31 a.m.

Gary Guenther, chief investigator with the Summit County Medical Examiner's office said Mr. Berzonsky died from blunt force trauma and alcohol and drugs are not suspected as a cause.

Mr. Berzonsky had been northbound at the time of the accident and police estimated he was driving at the posted speed limit of 35 mph at the time of the accident.
