Stow -- The Planning Commission has voted Tuesday [Nov. 6] to
recommend to the Planning Committee of City Council that it approve a
change to the text of the city's zoning code so that auto sales
business would be permitted in C-3 Community Retail and C-4 General
Business zoning districts.
About 50 people attended the meeting, during which residents, business
owners and attorneys representing Ron Marhofer and a resident opposing
the proposed amendment addressed the committee.
The Planning Committee is expected to address the proposed amendment
during its next meeting at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 12.
