Congratulations on your recent wedding. The Stow Sentry would like to help you share the good news. In order to provide timely news to our readers, please submit this wedding form and a photo for publication no more than six weeks after the ceremony.

To submit, simply complete the form, attach a photo and click submit. If you'd rather print out a form (for instance, if you have a printed photo instead of an electronic one), then the form can be printed and mailed to or dropped off at the Record Publishing office at 1050 West Main St. P.O. Box 5199 Kent, OH 44240.

If you choose to send us a printed photo instead of an electronic one and would like it back please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope or come to the Record Publishing office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. to pick up your photo after it has appeared in the paper.

Announcements are used on Sunday, space permitting, on a first-come, first-served basis. The Stow Sentry reserves the right to edit copy as necessary. All completed forms must contain the name and phone number of a contact person.

I do hereby declare and warrant that I am the copyright owner (i) because I took the photograph and authored the text, film, print, slide, artwork, digital image, or other material (the "Materials") which I am submitting for publication, or (ii) I obtained express, written permission from the photographer and any other author or creator of the Materials to submit them to Stow Sentry for publication.

I hereby grant a non-exclusive license to Stow Sentry to publish these Materials and distribute them in any of the company’s associated sites, publications or other media, and to create derivative works. I represent that I have the legal authority to grant such a license. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stow Sentry and its related companies, employees and agents from any and all liability, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may be incurred as a result of publishing these Materials, including any claims brought by any other person claiming an interest in the Materials or their subject matter.
