Congratulations on your new arrival. The Stow Sentry would like to help you share the good news.

To submit, simply complete the form and click to submit; or complete the form, print and mail or drop it off at the Record Publishing office at 1050 West Main St. P.O. Box 5199 Kent, OH 44240.

New Arrival Announcements run as space permits on Sundays. Pictures are not included.

The Stow Sentry reserves the right to edit and/or reject submitted announcements as necessary.

I do hereby declare and warrant that I am the copyright owner (i) because I took the photograph and authored the text, film, print, slide, artwork, digital image, or other material (the "Materials") which I am submitting for publication, or (ii) I obtained express, written permission from the photographer and any other author or creator of the Materials to submit them to Stow Sentry for publication.

I hereby grant a non-exclusive license to Stow Sentry to publish these Materials and distribute them in any of the company’s associated sites, publications or other media, and to create derivative works. I represent that I have the legal authority to grant such a license. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stow Sentry and its related companies, employees and agents from any and all liability, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may be incurred as a result of publishing these Materials, including any claims brought by any other person claiming an interest in the Materials or their subject matter.
