Ottowill sign books at the Youngstown Barnes & Noble New and Local Authors Event April 8 from 1 to 4 p.m., and next at The Dayton Book Expo.
The Expo will be held April 29, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Sinclair Community College where hundreds of book lovers convene each year for signings and other author-related activities.
Next, Otto will follow up last year's book signing at the California Hollywood Heritage Museum with a signing at another museum that helped in her research for the book, the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome in Red Hook, NY, near the Hyde Park area. The May 20 signing -- from 1 to 4 p.m. -- is part of the Aerodrome's 2017 gala activities.
In June, she will attend the UK-based Historical Novel Society's North American Conference in Portland, Ore. Otto has begun work on her next novel, based on family stories from Southeast Ohio Appalachia's Little Cities of the Black Diamonds.
