The GriefCare Place offers support groups that give those grieving the loss of a loved one by death the understanding of the grief process and encourages them that healing will come. All grief support groups are at no cost.
All groups will meet at The GriefCare Place at 4499 Darrow Road in Stow in the same building as Attentive Home Health Services and Western Reserve Foot Clinic entrance in rear. Individual counseling is provided by a licensed professional therapist in affiliation with Moriah Counseling & Consulting. Clients are seen on Wednesday's at the GriefCare Place by appointment only. Call the GriefCare Place at 330-686-1750.
The GriefCare Place, serving grievers from 66 communities in Northeast Ohio, has been committed since 1997 to bring hope and healing to broken hearts caused by the death of a loved one.
UNTIL HEALING COMES -- This group is the foundational progressive program for any adult who has experienced the death of a loved one. This group will meet on June 6 at 7 p.m. Led by Lou-Ann Redmon.
Golfers get ready for the "Good Grief Golf Outing" on June 16 at Fox Den Golf Course. This event helps support the groups who are dealing with a loss of a loved one. To find out more about this event and/or purchase tickets, call 330-686-1750.

HEART to HEART KIDS' TIME CAMP will be held June 19-22. This four-day camp is for children ages 6 12 who have experienced a significant loss, such as that of a parent, grandparent or sibling. Children will explore their feelings and memories. They will gain tools for helping them cope with and effectively express grief in their everyday lives.
