1 STAY 'YOUNG AT HEART' WITH GREAT MUSICAL EVENT:

The Stow Woman's club hosts Judy Brown, April 6 at 1 p.m. at First Christian Church, singing "Music for the Young at Heart." Brown boasts more than three decades of performance experience and has appeared with the likes of Don Ameche and Rip Taylor. You may have caught her singing the national anthem for all three major Cleveland teams. It's a free program and it's open to all.

2 CHEER ON THE BULLDOG BATTERS!:

The Stow-Munroe Falls High girls varsity and JV softball teams, coached by Doug Hawkins, will face Cuyahoga Falls April 6 at the SMFHS softball field. Hopefully the weather will hold out and make for a great day of softball!

3 SUPPORT BULLDOG BAGS AND ENJOY A DINNER OUT:

Bulldog Bags, a weekend food program for eligible children in the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District, will have a fundraiser on April 3 from 5-9 p.m. at Chipotle at 4338 Kent Road in Stow. Bring your family and tell the cashier you're supporting the cause. Chipotle will donate 50 percent of the revenue during that time period to Bulldog Bags.

4 MEET WITH YOUR CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES:

Stow City Council Vice President Matt Riehl invites residents to attend his monthly office hours on April 4 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the second floor conference room at Stow City Hall. No appointment is necessary and everyone is invited to attend.

On April 8 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Munroe Falls Councilman Mike Barnes will be at the Morning Owl Coffeehouse. 297 N. Main St. in Munroe Falls.

Councilman Barnes welcomes the opportunity to answer questions and hear the concerns of all Munroe Falls citizens.

5 WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE STOW SENTRY?:

Stow Sentry Senior Editor Marsha McKenna will return to the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library, 3512 Darrow Road in Stow, for Coffee with the Editor April 5 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

She will be at the library the first Wednesday of each month for coffee, tea and discussion on local topics or to answer questions.

Everyone is invited to stop in.
