Volunteers needed for annual weed pull

The Munroe Falls Park Board is looking for groups to help with the Annual Invasive Weed Pull on May 13 at 9 a.m. to clean up at Brust Park. Students can receive credit for community service hours by participating in this event. Goodie bags will be given to each student for their participation. Vendors sought for Stow Community Farmers Market

Stow Community Farmers Market is looking for cheese, produce, fresh cut and potted plant vendors for this season that will run June 10 to Oct. 7 on Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the parkinglLot of the Stow Community Church at 1567 Pilgrim Drive in Stow. Munroe Falls Farmers Market seeking vendors

The Munroe Falls Farmers Market will kick off the season on Tuesday, June 13, from 3 until 6 p.m. at Brust Park on Route 91 in Munroe Falls. The Market will take place every Tuesday through Oct. 10.

Munroe Falls Councilmen have public office hours

On the second Saturday of every month from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Councilman Mike Barnes will be at the Morning Owl Coffeehouse. 297 N. Main St. in Munroe Falls.

Councilman Barnes welcomes the opportunity to answer questions and hear the concerns of all Munroe Falls citizens. Those not able to attend can contact Councilman Barnes directly 330-328-2382 or email Councilman_Barnes@Yahoo.com.

Councilman John Hegnauer will continue to have public office hours on the last Saturday of every month from 2 to 4 p.m. at McDonald's, 12 Munroe Falls Ave. in Munroe Falls.
