As a result of the many patients and community members who participated in their Toys for Tots campaign, the Besso Clinic’s donation boxes were overflowing. By the time the hardworking Marines stopped by on Monday, December 17th, the front lobby had become crowded with toys for all ages.
“This is our first year as a drop off location for Toys for Tots. The response was overwhelming. I had simply hoped to fill the two drop-off boxes for these young kids, but very quickly I realized we were going to need more room. Our patients and members of the community came in excited to give. It was inspiring. We are so thankful to have been a part of the Toys for Tots effort to bring Christmas to children who may have missed out.” said Dr. Geoffrey Besso.
